Michael Chertoff is widely considered a foremost expert in preventing and responding to cybersecurity threats, and the co-author of the USA Patriot Act. He is the co-founder and executive chairman of the Chertoff Group, a risk-management and security consulting company that helps clients build more resilient organizations by gathering and analyzing its cyber threats, mitigating its vulnerabilities and developing consequence and management plans. From 2005-2009, he served as secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Prof. Lim is a cyber security specialist and former special advisor for national security to the president of Korea. He is also the president of CISO (Korea Association of Chief Information Security Officers) and the chairman of the Board of Academia for Information Security at Korea University’s School of Information Security, where he has been a professor for 33 years.
