Panelists will take audience questions and discuss the Department’s Anti-Harassment Program, common misconceptions, and best practices. All employees are encouraged to attend. Speakers:

Heather Olowski

Heather Olowski is the Senior Attorney-Advisor and Chief of the Legal Section in the Office of Civil Rights (S/OCR). She manages the Department’s Anti-Harassment Program within OCR.

Calli Fuller

Calli Fuller is the Chief of the Conduct, Suitability, and Discipline Division, in the Office of Employee Relations in September 2017. Prior to that, Calli spent six years as Deputy Director in the Office of Performance Evaluation, and three years on the project management team establishing HR Shared Services. Calli has worked for the Department since 1995, entering as a Foreign Service Officer and serving in a number of our overseas missions.

Duane Butcher

Duane Butcher is the Executive Director for the Bureau of African Affairs. His last assignment was as Director of the Office of Overseas Employment, responsible for the management of the Department’s 50,000 Locally Employed Staff around the world. Prior to his time in Washington, DC, he served as Deputy Chief of Mission in Bucharest, Romania, and in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He has also served as the Principal Officer at the U.S. Consulate General in Hamburg, Germany.
