Executive Director, Berkeley-Haas Entrepreneurship Program
Rhonda is Executive Director of the Berkeley-Haas Entrepreneurship Program as well as the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps program for the Bay Area Node. She was an early team member for MIT-spinout Organogenesis, one of the first publicly traded regenerative medicine companies. She has founded or was an early stage team member for start-ups in biotech, behavioral health, retail, non-profit and AI. She served as a long-time mentor for UCSF’s Idea to IPO course, is an active advisor for NASA spinoff BrainAid, and recently led the winning teams for both the Health Tech Forum Codeathon and the San Francisco MedHack 2.0 Hackathon. She earned a degree in neuropsychology and pre-medical studies from Harvard and an MBA in strategy and operations from Berkeley-Haas.
Incubator Manager, MTech Ventures and Chesapeake Bay Seed Capital Fund
Jolene advises high-tech startups and manages strategic operations and programming for the Mtech Ventures Incubator at the University of Maryland. She is also responsible for sourcing, vetting and executing on early stage clean tech investments for the Chesapeake Bay Seed Capital Fund. Prior to Mtech Ventures, Jolene was an early employee at a startup, where she held numerous roles integral to the growth of the company. Jolene has a BBA in Finance from the CUNY Macaulay Honors College. Jolene is also a Venture for America Fellow.

Mike Malloy is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience as a Deloitte management consultant, sunglasses startup CEO, and startup incubator program director. Mike possesses a unique blend of technical expertise, interpersonal communication skills, and emotional intelligence. He is committed to changing the world by supporting the next generation of social entrepreneurs. Mike serves as an Adjunct Professor and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University, where he has advised countless student entrepreneurs through the customer discovery process.

Kevin Gordon Barrow is the Founder & CEO of Mark Labs, a software company which helps organizations effectively manage the risk associated with funding social impact projects. Prior to embracing his inner social entrepreneur, Kevin earned his stripes in the fields of law (GE), banking (ABN AMBRO), and management consulting (Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton). Kevin completed his higher education in the UK earning an Honours Law Degree from Durham and an MBA from Oxford. He is an an avid reader, lover of Sufi poetry, and an aspiring surfer.
