Cara Jones is CEO and cofounder of Marinus Analytics, a woman-owned company utilizing Artificial Intelligence to turn data online into actionable intelligence.  She has managed the maturation and commercialization of Marinus Analytics’s Traffic Jam software, a purposely built solution used to help law enforcement find victims of human trafficking and detect organized criminal networks.  She has a wealth of experience in engineering and entrepreneurship. She leads Marinus's expansion across law enforcement and the public sector.
